How Do I Cash Out My Winnings?

To cash out from your Casino-on-Net Account, please login to the Casino using your Money Play Username and Password, and then follow the steps below:

• Click on the "Cashier" button.
• Once you are in the Cashier, click on "Cash Out".
• Enter the amount you wish to Cash Out.
• From the drop-down menu, please select the method by which you wish to receive your remaining Cash Out Balance. Cash Outs will be refunded via particular payment methods, as explained in the Cash Out Policy.
• Click on the "Cash Out Request" button.
• If you choose Wire Transfer as your Cash Out method for the first time, please click on "Bank Details" and enter the requested information.
• If you choose Bank Draft/Cheque as your Cash Out method for the first time, please fill in your address where requested.
• If you choose EntroPay card and you placed a deposit with an EntroPay card issued through EntroPay's website your funds will be returned to your card.
• If you choose EntroPay card and you placed a deposit with the help of our Member Support team (by phone) you will be required to contact the Member Support team to get a claiming code for you. EntroPay will then email you a link to their site which will guide you through the steps to making your cashout. You will need your claim code during this process in order to cashout.
• You may now check your Cash Out History, by clicking on "Cash Out History".
